Note: Bits shown are sold separately. From left to right: 5/16" (Rockler #31578), 3/8" (Rockler #37055) and 7/16" (Rockler #32143).
These top-quality carbide bits work with wood thicknesses ranging from 1/8" to 5/8", allowing you to cut joints for delicate jewelry boxes, as well as for sturdy drawers. 8 degree dovetail angle offers a more traditional look, and less chance of breakage at the corner of the tail. Beefy 8mm shanks minimize vibration and chatter. All three work perfectly with the 5/16" straight bit included with Jig 22818.
Requires 1/2" to 8mm collet adapter (sold separately, Rockler# 24635).
Quality performance features include:
-K10 and K20 grade carbide for clean cutting action.
-Final sharpening with 600 - 800 grit diamond wheels.
-Precision balanced for smooth operation.
-8mm shanks for minimal vibration (requires router with 1/2" collet).
Unconditionally guaranteed - if you are not 100 percent satisfied with these bits, send them back for a refund.
